Annie Jack |
 |
|
 |

Annie Jack has a fascination for life and an
adventurous spirit. Leaving medical technology
and research, she traveled for two years across
North America as a volunteer youth counselor,
before settling on the West Coast. While raising
her children, she became an Early Childhood
Education teacher and worked in Special and
Native Education (she is a Penelakut Tribes
member by marriage). Her training as a Virtues
Project facilitator helped her become adept in
behavioural management, and she has worked with
some of the more challenging students in the
school system.
In the early 1980's, Annie helped pioneer the
introduction of classical Homeopathic Medicine
to Vancouver Island, and was a consultant until
1999. Skilled in spiritual companioning, she
believes the most valuable gift she can give is
in deeply listening and affirming the truth of
another.
Annie has written children's books, homeopathic
articles and online newsletters. As a freelance
writer, she now enjoys honouring individuals by
documenting their unique qualities and
experiences in story and poem. More examples of
her creativity are at www.dumdittydumdum.com. |
